Poached Pears

    Preparation time five minutes, cooking time 30 minutes
    
    Grab a few Bosc Pears.  Slice them the long way.  Cut out
    the stem and the core.  Place them in a ceramic pan, put half a
    stick of Unsalted Butter on top, and add about a half cup of
    honey.  Use something exotic like avocado or sage, or mountain
    flowers.
    Bake in a 350 oven for about 30 minutes.  Pull out add about a
    1/2 cup of whole cream and an equal amount of cognac.  Serve
    warm
